The project is called The Mutants. The 2 main mutants are Chris Constantinou (Adam Ant, The Wolfmen) and Paul Frazer (Prodigy, Black Futures). They gathered a number of punk/ska/new wave artists from the 70s-80s and made together an album titled Punk & Rhythm Review.
