After break-up of two cultic Italian garage rock bands The Boilers and Ultra Twist some members of those founded Big Mountain County. They play psychedelic garage rock’n’roll, sometimes it’s like the early Butthole Surfers, then they play a blues from Robert Johnson.
Dope Calypso plays blues punk’n’roll with members of Kollaps and Haunebu. Their music reminds me of Night Terrors, Superhelicopter and Black Magic Six.
