A gyönyörű flyert a csodálatos Szurcsik Erika készítette!
Trouble Vs Glue is an Italian duo from Rome where usually Toni plays on drums, and Lady Maru trifles with keys and sometimes strings.
They said „sound like the Residents with a punk drummer, in others like a weird Japanese electronic pop band from the ’80s, while some other tracks bring us back to the no-wave of Lizzy Mercier Descloux and DNA.” I tell: Trouble Vs Glue is such as the electro-clash duo Stereo Total in experimental mood.
A song from the third album featuring David Lemoine from French electro punk band Cheveu
This Age will be released this June on No=Fi Recordings (I)
You can find a pretty different musical background behind the members. Toni has a noise rock band Hiroshima Rocks Around, and his solo project Mai Mai Mai is an experiment based on Italian Occult Psychedelia, which is rooted in Italian horror movies, giallo films, spaghetti westerns and local folklore. His debut album was mixed by Jamie Stewart, aka Xiu Xiu.
Lady Maru is a techno and deep house musician and DJ. Very interesting her collaborative no wave nu disco project with Cascao (who also is a contributor on the new album of T Vs G). They have a deep house cover of Death Valley 69, a masterpiece of Sonic Youth and Lydia Lunch. Find it!
Satanic Rockers for the fans of Flipper, Killdozer and Butthole Surfers. A final posthumous release from beyond the grave. It will be released before the end of this year.

Dark and minimal industrial techno from Rome. Collaboration of a 10-piece techno big band Lunar Lodge and Mai Mai Mai. The latter is an experimental project by Toni Cutrone from noise rock band Hiroshima Rocks Around and wacky pop duo Trouble vs Glue. Amazing
„LL/MMM” LP and digital album on Love Blast Records (Italy)
MOVIE STAR JUNKIES started as an organ and drum duo in Torino in 2006.
They played Suicide-like music. The duo involved a quintet.
Since then their music has been showing influences of
the music of Birthday Party and Gun Club, and standing
under strong literary impressions.
Their first album was dedicated to Melville, the second one to William Blake.
Those were released on Voodoo Rhythm Records.
Their name was inspired by a John Waters’ photo.
They have involved in many other projects
– Occult, psych, folk outfits: Gianni Giublena Rosacroce, La Piramide di Sange, Mai Mai Mai, Futeisha
– Alternative rock bands: Vernon Sélavy, Vermillion Sands, The Me’s (= the bassist Nene Barato with Austro-Hungarian jazz singer Réka Csiszér, French-Vietnamese burlesque performer La-la Morte and Simon from the Swiss Pussywarmers)
– oAxAcA free jazz ensemble
3 black brothers underwent from funk to punk in Detroit, 1974. The trio was called Death. They self-released only one single before they transformed into a gospel rock band in 1977, but later they turned into reggae. The Death stayed fully unknown until 2009. After two archival albums this is the final one, featuring studio recordings from 1975, 1978, 1980 and 1992.
Death III by Drag City. Death is reunited.

Mai Mai Mai is a solo project of Toni from frantic noise rock band Hiroshima Rocks Around and wacky pop duo Trouble vs. Glue. Mai Mai Mai is a travel in time and space: a mix of drone and ambient, techno beats, field recordings and soundscapes on the border between East and West. Delta is second part of his journey across the Mediterranean Sea. His fellows on this trip: a movie star junkie Gianni Giublena Rosacroce on clarinet, Donato Epiro on organs from occult psychedelic duo Cannibal Movie and Piovs on Moog.
Extremely limited one-time pressing LP on Yerevan Tapes. Toni’s first journey.

Toni Cutrone is a very active many-sided man. He runs the NO=FI Recordings and plays drums in the noise-rock Hiroshima Rocks Around and the wacky pop punk duo Trouble vs. Glue. Mai Mai Mai is his solo project. It is completely different than the mentioned acts. Debut album was mixed by Jamie Stewart (Xiu Xiu)
Theta LP by Boring Machines
And if you go to Rome then have to go to the Dal Verme Club. He co-runs it.
