The Action Swingers is a punk rock band from New York. His two early songs have been released on vinyl. The Miserable Life and the Losing My Control ( J. Masics, the singer/guitarist of Dinosaur Jr. on drums) originally released on a compilation CD in 1994. There were members: Julia Carfritz (guitar, Pussy Galore, Free Kitten), Don Fleming (drums, bass, Dim Star, Wylde Ratttz, Half Japanese), Bob Bert (drums, Sonic Youth, Pussy Galore, Bewitched) Peter Shore (bass, Unsane).
